Q: How does billing and paying work?
A: We bill on a monthly basis, all work conducted in a month will be compiled onto a single bill that will be sent straight to your email at the end of the month. You can pay through a variety of ways including credit card, zelle, venmo, check, and cash.
Q: What frequency do you visit?
A: We come based on the clients wants/needs. For a majority of our clients we will come weekly on the same day of the week to ensure a clean/manicured look. However, if you're just wanting the HOA off your back we do offer some bi-weekly options as well.
Q: When will you service if we want you to come every week, what happens if it rains?
A: The weather dictates our work as we are always outside. If there is heavy rain forecast we will try to get ahead of the scheudle so if it rains we don't get too far behind. If weather cooperates we will be there each week on the same day of the week.
Q: Do we need to sign up for the whole season?
A: No, we will take care of your lawn if you have a month on vacation, got injured and can't cut the grass, or even if you are just busy with work this month and don't want to worry about the lawn.
Q: Are you liscensed and insured?
A: Yes, and yes. We are fully insured in the state of Indiana. We have all of our liscenses required to apply our products and create a healthy and thriving lawn.
Q: Do we have to be home for you to mow?
A: Absolutely not! We understand a lot of our clients work during the day (We do too!), our goal is to take one chore off of your list so you can enjoy your area when you return home from work.
